Thermasure labs provides both single sample testing as well as the full 4 test classification protocol.
Thermosure Labs offers testing of biomass based Biochar and Torrefied biomass products only. At this time, we can not accept any biochar or torrefied products containing or derived from any municipal waste stream.
Any chemical additives or hazardous materials must be identified prior to shipping.
Pricing
Individual Test
UN-4 self-heating and auto-ignition classification projects fall between $650 and $2,600 USD per sample, depending on test matrix ( single test screening vs. full UN-4.2 program). Multi-variant studies (e.g., different moisture contents, particle sizes, or processing conditions) are typically quoted as a per-test-point fee however we do offer discounts for bulk testing and special studies. Any special reparation of samples (milling, grinding, etc.) is at standard lab rate. Rush service available for an additional fee.
